We collect only the information needed to activate RLQA product care, understand product feedback, and respond when a customer asks for support.
Information we collect
The activation form may collect your name, email address, Amazon order number, marketplace, RLQA watch model, product rating, issue category, written feedback, support preference, and the date and time of your submission.
How we use it
We use this information to register your product care request, confirm the purchase details you provide, offer model-specific troubleshooting, contact you when requested, improve RLQA products, prevent duplicate activations, and maintain an internal support history.
External links
If you choose to open an external Amazon page, RLQA Care may record that the link was clicked. We cannot see or verify what you submit after leaving the RLQA website.
Storage and access
Activation information is stored in a protected database. Access is limited to authorized RLQA care staff who need it for customer support and operational review. We apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information.
Retention and your choices
RLQA retains support records only for the period needed for product care, legitimate business records, security, and applicable legal requirements. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of your submitted information, subject to any records RLQA must retain.
